Paddock Wood u3a

​Paddock Wood u3a is one of over 1000 local u3as in the UK. We are situated in West Kent, and started in November 2011. Our membership has now grown to more than 650.

We run over 90 interest groups. We organise study days, seminars, social events and theatre trips. ​But above all we have fun!

• The u3a movement provides the opportunity for retired and semi-retired people to socialise and learn together, not for qualifications, but for its own reward.

• Each local u3a is a self-help community, where members share their knowledge, experience and skills.

• ​​We all contribute to the activities and organisation of our u3a. An elected committee, drawn from our membership manages our activities.
